reimbursable FUNDRAISING fee

Why are families charged a $200 fundraising fee?

  • The club charges a $200 fundraising fee per family in order to help offset the high cost of fixed ice time that the club commits to every year.
  • The fundraising fee allow us to keep registration fees lower, by having  students and parents recover $200 through selling raffle tickets to friends and family.  This is why we call the fee "reimbursable."
  • Upon paying the fundraising fee, each family will be given 20 tickets (2 books) for our Christmas Cash Calendar Lottery.  Those tickets can then be sold for $10 each with the filled out stubs returned to the club before December 1.
  • Families can choose to sell all, some, or none of their tickets - the money collected from the ticket sales is yours to keep.
  • Draws will take place through December and winners do not need to be present at the time of the draw.
