Our Coaches

Denine has been with the Baltimore Figure Skating Club since its inception 47 years ago. She has had students compete at the Novice Competitive Level at Sectionals and Eastern Ontario Canadian Challenges. Her students have also passed Gold Level tests in all disciplines. Denine was a Gold Level skater herself in Dance, and Junior Silver FreeSkate. Denine coaches our Learn to Skate Program, CanSkate Program, PowerSkate Program, and Skills, FreeSkate, Artistic and Dance at all levels of the StarSkate program.

Kelly was born and raised in Port Hope. She has taught skating for over 20 years in various disciplines. She is Level 2 Certified, along with Level 3 Gen/Tech and Level 3 Theory. Kelly is passionate about teaching and sharing her knowledge of skating, helping skaters to be their best. She is able to coach CanSkate, StarSkate, Adults and Special Needs. Kelly has had skaters attend various competitions throughout the season.

Maggie joined Baltimore Figure Skating Club when she was 8 years old, skating and volunteering with CanSkate up until graduation. It is at the Baltimore Arena, where her passion for fitness and coaching began. Maggie is a certified yoga instructor with a duel diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion/Recreation and Leisure Services from Fleming College. She recently completed her CanSkate Certification.

 Megan began skating with the Baltimore Figure Skating Club when she was 4 years old. She skated for 14 years, achieving Gold Level in 4 of Skate Canada's disciplines (Skating Skills, Dance, Interpretive Singles and Interpretive Couples) before heading off to University. 

Megan is currently out of the country; unfortunately she will not be coaching at Baltimore FSC this season, but will be working closely with the Executive and Coaches from afar throughout the season.
